About the project

Pergamin is DevArtist’s flagship product: a web-based ERP designed from the ground up for companies producing roll, sheet, laser and wash-care labels. Orders, production, costing and quoting, planning, inventory, CRM, dealer access, invoicing and shipping live in one system — a single flow from order to shipment.

Costing breaks every job down into paper, waste, ink, cutting die, plate, machine and labour. The machine recommendation engine suggests a route, layout and die for each job, then compares the options on cost, time and waste. A smart die list matches jobs against the dies you already own.

Quotes are generated as PDFs, sent by email or WhatsApp and approved by the customer online. PDF, AI, CDR and PSD artwork is attached directly to the order. Production planning and maintenance run on a drag-and-drop calendar, while paper and jumbo-roll stock is tracked with barcoded rolls.

Because it runs in the browser, there is no server to install, and you only pay for the modules you use. Training and data migration are free, and demo requests are answered the same day.
