The details, scope and delivery times of our services are subject to the written service agreement to be concluded between the parties.
3. Intellectual Property and Copyright
The intellectual property rights in all designs, graphics, texts, logos, code, software and other materials on this website belong to DevArtist or are used under licence. Copying, reproducing, distributing or using the content of the website for commercial purposes without DevArtist's written permission is strictly prohibited.
Unless otherwise specified in the service agreement, the rights to software and designs developed specifically for our clients are transferred to the client upon receipt of payment in full. However, we reserve our rights in the core libraries, code infrastructure and frameworks developed by DevArtist.
4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

Pricing and payment plans for the services offered are determined at the quotation stage and formalised in a signed agreement. Cancellation of services and refund terms are governed by the relevant provisions of the signed service agreement. Late payments may result in the temporary suspension of services.
6. Limitation of Liability
DevArtist does not warrant that the website will operate uninterrupted or error-free. Although the utmost care is taken to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, DevArtist cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from possible delays, technical malfunctions or data loss.
DevArtist is not responsible for updates to, changes in the policies of, or interruptions originating from third-party services (hosting providers, payment infrastructures, Meta/Google APIs, social media platforms) used on the websites of the clients we serve.
